My refund and returns policy: No questions asked, for 30 days, for the original buyer.
Please do not send your purchase back without first obtaining a Return Authorization and following the instructions in it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original protective packaging.
You remain subject to my Terms and Conditions, including Copyright protections, after returning a purchase.
To complete your return, I require only your order number, which is available in the My Account section and on your invoice. If you don’t have it, contact me and I will look up your invoice. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, contact me to discuss a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.
Exchanges
I will replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange for the same item, use the Return Authorization process.
Gifts
If you’re not the buyer, but the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gallery credit for the price of your return. Once the returned item is accepted, a notice of credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send any refund or exchange to the buyer.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided on the Return Authorization, NOT to the PO Box.
In most cases, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Always use a trackable shipping service or add shipping insurance. I process returns after I receive your returned item.
